Chit Chats clears customs and hands off packages to USPS who handles the final delivery to you.
International shipping

Packages are transported by partner carriers to the destination country where the final delivery is handled by the local authority.
International shipments may subject to duties, fees and taxes.
Recipient phone numbers are required for all shipments to the EU as customs may attempt to notify the recipients of any outstanding duties or taxes.
Sometimes international shipments will be held at the local post off for pick up and a notice will be sent to the recipient. There are instances where the window for pick up is short.
Shipments sent with Chit Chats International Tracked postage do not include return service. If a package is undeliverable or unclaimed, the shipment will be disposed of and will not be returned to the sender.
If you anticipate a return for the order, I recommend that you select the USPS First Class Package International so you can retrieve the items.
