Care Instructions
It is recommended to store in a shaded place. Avoid long-time exposure to high temperatures. (Don’t bake them). Clean with eye putty or soft cloth. Avoid contact with sharp object and corrosive material.
Iris Sizing Details
Normal iris size is half of the eye size. e.g. 8mm/16mm, 7mm/14mm etc. Wider Irises look more adorable, while narrower Irises look more realistic. Some eyes may have an additional color ring around the iris, this may enlarge the iris by 0.5-1 mm.
Which size fits my doll
If you don’t have the doll yet, please contact the doll company.
If you already have the doll, I recommend measuring the opening height and socket width using calipers or other tools.
Where is my package
If the track status of your package shows as “Delivered”, but it hasn’t been received.
1. Make sure the package was addressed correctly
2. Look around all the possible delivery locations for your package (a gold bubble mailer)
3. Wait a couple of days, because on rare occassions the items may be marked as delivered before the physical delivery due to human error
4. If you can provide proof that the package was stolen or delivered to the wrong address, please contact me for a replacement.
