Returns & Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Custom products and made-to-order products can only be canceled within 2 days.
  • A cancellation fee of 3% – 4% will be incurred due to the transaction fee collected by the payment company.
  • If you want to make changes to your order
    • Within the first week, a 20% penalty is required;
    • In the second week, a 50% penalty is required;
    • 2 weeks above is not acceptable.
  • If you ordered by mistake, you can return the item within 3 days of delivery, but a 30% restocking fee is required.
  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A trackable shipping service for your returns is recommend.
  • Once I receive your return and inspect the item, I will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
